Returns & Exchanges
I hope you enjoy the products you purchased on Inspire Good Vibes, but if you are unhappy for any reason please check out the steps below.
Products or Prints:
If an order arrives broken, damaged, incomplete, or wrong:
- A replacement order will be gladly shipped out.
- Please send an email explaining the issue, include images of any damaged goods.
If you would like to exchange or return a product without any defects:
- Returns and exchange requests accepted with packing slip within 30 days of purchase.
- A full refund will be issued to you for the purchase and shipping costs, in the U.S and USPS ground only, in the original method of payment upon receiving the merchandise.
- Please send an email stating the issue and reason for the return. If it is an exchange, be sure to specify the new item(s) requested by including the style/color/size.
- InspireGoodVibes.com will accept returns as long as merchandise is unworn and unwashed.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- If you are unhappy with the piece for any reason I will refund your original cost of the item upon receiving the item, minus shipping, within one month from the purchase date.
- The item must be in original condition, no refunds if any items are damaged during shipping.
