See with your Heart, not your Mind

Control your mind with your heart. 

You must see differently to think differently and to feel differently.

It's how you see.

It's how you choose to see - not with eyes from the past, but possibility. 

It's beyond mind.


This is what trips us up - it's heart connected to Source and Soul. 

Real change comes from the unknown - moving into the unknown one step at a time.

You see within first, and then you take steps without.

It's one step at a time.

Don't think about the path ahead or where you think you need to go.

Just walk. 


There's no thinking here - it's about heart connection.

This is alignment with the higher frequencies.

Your mind is in the physical world - what it can see is limited.

It can only see what already exists. 

But your heart knows more because it's connected to more.


Thinking and Mind is not aligned.

Heart and Soul is the way to go.


How do you live from your heart?

I created a way to get back into alignment quick with "The 5-step Heart Reset" :

  1. Rewind
  2. Relax
  3. Return
  4. Release
  5. Rise

 When you elevate your vibrational state there's more information available to you.

You want to keep your thoughts aligned with these higher frequencies and stay in the energy of love. 

You want to connect back to your heart - this gets you out of your head, stops the mind chatter, lowers your stress and anxiety, and centers you. 




"The 5-Step Heart Reset" :

  1. Rewind: Rewind back to where you were before this feeling came over you.
  2. Relax: Drop your shoulders and let go of any tension in your body.
  3. Return: Put your hand on your heart, drop from your mind, into your heart. 
  4. Release: Do some quick breathwork to calm your body and regulate your nervous system. ( see below)
  5. Rise: Connect back to Source.


Box Breathing:

  • Inhale through your nose for a count of four. ( you can use five too) 
  • Hold for a count of four. 
  • Exhale for a count of four. 
  • Hold again for a count of four. 

Box breathing originated in India but Navy seals and many others use it too. It helps you move from a state of stress and anxiety into a calmer state. It down regulates your nervous system where you can be present in your body again.
